Spring is here and I'm obsessed with pastels. I went a down a rabbit hole of finding something chic in each pastel color so you don't have to.
Although my favorite season is Fall, I have to admit I kind of live for the colors of Spring. They're bright and fun while having the potential to still look sophisticated. At the end of each season, I'm always dreaming of a new wardrobe. Therefore, I scoured the internet and found gorgeous pastel items that range from sequin suit sets, to active-wear to cozy intimates. There are so many pieces I found to be both promising and gorgeous I had to cut myself off because I could on sharing for days. So without further ado please enjoy perusing through my candy colored picks and let me know which one is your favorite!
CULPOS X INC Sequin Blazer, $71.70
I haven't seen something so fun yet affordable and accessible in a long time. This screams Easter but can also be worn super casually with a white t-shirt, jeans and white boots.
Cider Deep V Mutton Sleeve Dress, $32.00
We've all watched Bridgerton at this point and this mutton sleeve baby doll dress screams modern day Daphne to me. I think this dress would look super cool with a pair of combat boots.
I think my obsessed with purple pleather pants is real. Alas, I still don't own a pair. I think the length and fit of these would be perfect to invest in. Purple looks beautiful with white, grey, black and mixed in with other shades of purple.
When I said that baby doll dress would look cool with combat boots, these were the boots I had in mind. I love monochromatic looks and they look great paired with a houndstooth or gingham blazer or jacket.
I can't tell you how many times I have visited this website and then chickened out of buying this because of the price. I feel like I've been so sick of tie dye but these colors together are so insanely gorgeous and fun for Spring and when I save up I'll come back to this. This would look super chic with the sequined yellow blazer too.
I always have goals of adding as many Calvin Klein bras and underwear to my collection as possible. When I'm home all day in pajamas but I'm wearing Calvin Klein it just hits different and this is the absolute perfect shade of lavender.
Are you bold enough to wear a full on yellow sequin suit set? Because I'm a boss woman and I am. I am always looking for fun yellow pieces because they make me so happy. These pants with the jacket and a white bralette would be super sexy or pair with a white blouse for a work-party or just to look super cool over Zoom.
Free People Ivy Maxi Dress, $495.00
Here we are, we've arrived at the most expensive piece on this list. This dress screams the joys of spring. With both gingham and floral prints I'm obsessed and it reminds me of girly youthful praise vibes of LoveShackFancy. I will definitely have to wait til this goes on sale to get my hands on it but what a gorgeous silhouette! Plus you can see the theme of how cool dresses and combat boots look together.
I'd like this in every color, please. However, I love this shade of light rosy bubblegum pink. This color is going to be huge for spring and summer and it looks gorgeous and so tasteful with a light pair of denim. I would add boots and layered chain necklaces for an easy put together look.
The perfect pair of "Mom" jeans. I know Gen Z doesn't like skinny jeans but high waisted and tapered jeans look the most flattering on me and my petite frame. Light wash jeans are a necessity for the spring season where things are a bit lighter and we've got more daylight to embrace.
Shein Cut Out Front Satin Blouse, $13.00
I try so hard to stay away from fast fashion but I just can't all the time. Shein is always so with it in terms of all the current trends and of course the price in unbeatable. We're going to be seeing a lot of cut out pieces all over Instagram this season so if you want to partake but not overspend, this is your blouse. Plus this color is absolutely stunning.
Steve Madden Lynden Pink Patent Boot, $129.95
These shoes, with the aforementioned pink padded shoulder tee and jeans. Yep. Thats the look. Need I say more?
I love tennis skirts and I do think there are ways to wear them without coming off as a school girl or prep student. This paired with a turtleneck, blazer and some boots would look sophisticated as hell.
I want this sleeper set in every color and every iteration that it exists. I'm so bummed they are so expensive but they are absolutely gorgeous and so fun. I would fully wear the pajama bottoms with a white t-shirt and white mules maybe even with a jean jacket and call it a day.
I nearly died with a saw a light green iridescent blazer, let alone suit set. The gorgeous light blue hue that hits the jacket when the light shines on it is absolutely stunning. Green is one of my power colors so I would wear the heck out of this on many occasions.
I love a good shacket moment and with spring weather it's a good idea to invest in one. You can find similar, less expensive versions on Amazon but I love the perfect colors mixed into this one in particular plus it is guaranteed to be high quality for the price.
Zara Square Toe Heeled Mules $59.90
Honestly, I hardly wear heels anymore unless it's part of a pair of boots I'm wearing. I would love for that to change though! Plus the height of these are not too intimidating. These mules would look awesome with jeans and would be perfect with the Free People Ivy Dress.
One of my favorite things in fashion is two tones of the same color. Polo shirt are super in right now but they're also really timeless which makes this a great investment. This would be really fun with a white pleated skirt but it looks great with these track pants too.
I'm so in awe of this tiny little purse. It looks like Jacquemus but half the price and the pastel purple is lovely. This brand was a super cool find because all of their purses are really fashion forward but they are very reasonably priced. Also major points for being vegan.
I'm known for being obsessed with Nordstrom's Butter Socks but I have to say these look like they would give them a run for their money. I can't get over how comfortable and cozy they look and they come in a few beautiful different colors.
I love activewear sets but Year of Ours though I have yet to own one of my own. Their colors and silhouettes are super elevated. One day! But this activewear set would look very chic under a shacket with some white sneakers.
The ultimate cozy piece. Not only is this the perfect robins egg blue but it looks soft enough to fully live in. I could see myself getting out of the shower and just spending the whole day in this to be honest.
I love that sweater vests and grandpa style are a major thing right now. I love how they look under blouses, polos and also regular t-shirts. Houndstooth is also having a moment so this is two trends in one piece for an amazing price. I can't believe this is from Walmart! Color me impressed.
